At Rustics For Less, we want you to love your handcrafted furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Item
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

Ship It Back
Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
4.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
